龍の家のとんこつは､豚の頭の骨と水のみを高温で炊き上げた、豚骨100%の濃厚スープ。旨みが極限まで凝縮されており、力強いコクとマイルドな風味が融合しています。麺は数十種類の小麦粉で試作を重ねて生まれた、龍の家特製ブレンド粉を使用。スープによく絡む極細ストレート麺で、毎日出来たてが自社工場より出荷されます。
