We are very particular about the ingredients we use in our restaurant. We only directly purchase ingredients from all over the country where we can see the faces of the producers. The fish we use includes bonito shipped directly from Kochi's Sukumo fishing port, swordfish from the Goto Islands, and yellowtail from Himi. For the chicken, I used Yamato Meat Chicken from Nara, pulled in the morning. Enjoy Miyazaki's famous pork, Aji Pork, with shabu shabu or fillet cutlet sandwiches. Beef options include light-fat Tosa Akaushi, Yamato beef, and Choshu beef. We have a wide variety of vegetables that are rich in flavor, such as Kujo green onions, Kyoto chrysanthemums, and Tsutsui lotus root.

This is because our staff, who are well-versed in sake, have carefully selected our products.◎We visited breweries all over the country and selected only the brands that we were satisfied with.
