We offer original menus using high-quality A5 rank Japanese black beef! The key to the ``Green Chili Roast'' is the special salty green chili pepper with maple sauce. Kurukuru Negitan, which has a melt-in-your-mouth texture, is made with thinly sliced Cow tongue wrapped in grilled green onions.
