“Tempura” was a popular taste among the common people of the Edo period. The appeal of “Tempura” is that you can casually enjoy such “tempura” in a novel “skewer style”! From the standard and classic [shrimp] to vegetable-based dishes such as [maitake mushrooms], [lotus root], and [eggplant], to creative varieties such as [mentaiko shioba rolls], [red pickled ginger], [frankfurter], and [handmade shumai]...more than 30 types available at any given time. We have a variety of items available. Just like a kushikatsu, you can easily pop it with one hand and enjoy the whole seasonal toppings!

We recommend the [Aji Pork Shabu shabu shabu] recommended by Miyazaki Kuroki Honten, one of Japan's leading masters of the shochu industry, such as [Hundred Years of Solitude] and [Naka Naka]! A simple dish with only lettuce and "Ajibuta", which uses shochu lees as bait to promote intestinal regulation. Enjoy with plenty of homemade ``pontsuyu'' ◎ To finish off your ramen, enjoy Yamato chicken hot water soup. Be sure to try our Pork Dishes, which are grilled, fried, and cooked at low temperatures to bring out the meat's natural flavor to the fullest.
