A Kawachi duck specialty store that has been around since the early Meiji period. Kawachi ducks are raised with care in a stress-free environment using pesticide-free feed and cage-free breeding, and are famous gourmet foods in TV magazines. Everything from raising to selling is done under strict hygiene control, so you can safely eat it raw. Duck meat is rich in vitamins A, B1, B2, and iron, so it is great for preventing anemia and relieving eye strain! It is a healthy food that has a high proportion of unsaturated fatty acids and is gentle on the body.

Our vegetable sommelier carefully selects only seasonal organic and specially cultivated vegetables that have been carefully grown over time by local producers in Nara and Kumamoto.
