``Nagasaki cuisine'' is a cuisine unique to Nagasaki Prefecture, where Western and Eastern food cultures intersect. The ``Ginnabe'' course, where you can enjoy the deliciousness to the fullest, uses seasonal ingredients that vary depending on the season. For example, in spring, we have early cabbage, sea bream, bamboo shoots, dishes related to cherry blossoms, whitebait fish, and fried shellfish. The menu is updated daily as the dishes are prepared using seasonal flavors.
