From a hotel in Suwa, I have gained experience in a wide range of fields, including kaiseki and sushi, while honing my skills across Kanto and Kansai regions. I have a connection with the previous owner of Mori no Ie and took over the establishment after retirement. Using unique cooking techniques and ingredients, I prepare dishes that go beyond simply cutting or grilling squid, adding the essence unique to Yamizo to create delightful and enjoyable masterpieces. I believe that dishes favored by women are also appreciated by men, and with the policy of providing "meals favored by women," I offer delicious and flavorful cuisine.
