Introducing "LA CASA di Tetsuo Ota," where local ingredients are expertly prepared using techniques from a renowned restaurant. Due to the focus on natural ingredients, only a limited number of seats ...are available. The restaurant operates for just 50 days a year: 25 days in spring featuring wild vegetables and 25 days in autumn offering mushroom dishes. It has been decided that the current location will close in 2026, and while reservations are already full until the last day, it's a place you won't want to miss.
