Food Signature Dish! Bone-In Rib Roast "Tomahawk"
Approximately 1kg of bone-in ribeye. The outside is grilled while the inside remains close to rare, allowing you to cook it to your preferred doneness on a hot stone! Enjoy the rich flavor of the steak, grilled generously on the bone! In addition to the steak frites, we also offer various cuts of meat, including shoulder loin from "Charolais beef," which originates from the village of Charolles in Burgundy, as well as sirloin and tenderloin from "Angus beef." Exclusively in Karuizawa, we also provide "Kuroge Wagyu" and "Shinshu Alps beef"!
