ChefChef Fukumoto's seasonal cuisine
-Enjoy authentic Japanese Japanese-style meal prepared with care by hand - Born in Kanagawa Prefecture. At the age of 17, he entered the Japanese-style meal industry and began his career as a chef, training mainly at kaiseki restaurants and Japanese cuisine. At the age of 24, his skill and expressiveness were admired by the head chef he was studying under, and he recommended that he learn Tokyo's cutting-edge cooking techniques. He also served as the head chef at the popular Hiroo Kiraku restaurant. After that, he became the head chef at a resort hotel in his hometown of Kanagawa. Listed in Michelin in 2015. In 2019, he became the head chef of Kutsukake Stay Naka Karuizawa.
