A rare Central European cuisine restaurant in the prefecture. The chef, who previously owned a restaurant in Austria, recreates rustic dishes. He sources mountain cheese and flour from the region and cooks with "RO Purified Water" to preserve the ingredients' quality. The authentic flavors have even been praised by the Austrian ambassador. Signature dishes include fresh pasta tossed with aromatic cheese and braised beef shank, both of which pair perfectly with wine due to their deep flavors. |
