Tender and juicy Kuroge Wagyu beef with plenty of delicious fat. At our restaurant, we purchase Kuroge Wagyu beef in bulk and carefully prepare it by hand. The stone net used to grill the meat uses the natural stone ``hornblende'', and uses infrared rays that are said to be better than charcoal to grill the meat until it becomes plump. Please enjoy lots of carefully selected meat!
