These soba noodles won the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Award. We are making soba noodles with great care. Please enjoy the smoothness, texture, and aroma of handmade soba noodles.
Food Commitment to buckwheat seeds
We purchase buckwheat from all over Japan, including Hokkaido, Aizu, Kanasago, Shinshu, and Echizen. After going through each process, Miuraya's specialty buckwheat flour is completed.

Food Recommended♪ Kamozaru soba
The locally produced grilled green onions, the flavor of the grilled duck, and the sauce made from duck stock combine with the soba noodles to create a delicious dish.
We offer freshly ground, freshly made, and freshly boiled soba noodles.
We procure domestically produced soba, including local Sanuma-kyo, and grind the amount we will use that day into our own flour, and serve freshly ground, freshly made, and freshly boiled Santate Soba
.... The udon noodles are also made by hand, and we are particular about the water and salt used to make them strained and delicious.
