``Better than the finest Sendai beef...'' ``Sendai beef'' is a title given only to A5 to B5 meat. Dateya has set even stricter standards for its Sendai beef. BMS marbling level is 8 to 12, but only 10 to 12 are carefully selected, A5 rank only, and only the highest quality meat from a fattening period 4 months longer than usual is provided. The pinnacle of Sendai beef that Miyagi is proud of! Offered under our own brand "Goku Sendai beef Date no Kuro".
