We carefully select high-quality seasonal ingredients such as natural wild vegetables in spring, shelled sea urchins from Sanriku in summer, matsutake mushrooms from Iwate in autumn, and kuerai from Kyushu in winter. You can thoroughly enjoy seasonal dishes that bring out the unique flavors of the ingredients themselves.
