Blazing flames, the sound of crackling charcoal and the fragrant smell. Freshly grilled fish is crisp on the outside and plump and soft inside. The traditional "primitive grilling" is said to be the best cooking method to bring out the best in ingredients◎ Also, it is very impressive to see the spectacular flames of the "straw grilling" right in front of you☆ We offer carefully selected ingredients such as Kinka bonito and A4 Japanese black beef grilled over straw!
