We always have over 40 brands of sake carefully selected by the owner, a sake master, from 47 prefectures, categorized by region and taste. In addition to well-known sakes such as Juyondai, Hiroki, Dassai, and Nabeshima, we also have delicious sakes that are unknown, precious sakes produced in small quantities, brands you've been looking for, etc. depending on the season... The lineup changes depending on the season, so the appeal is that you can discover something new every time you visit. We can also order it upon request!

Our store is a “Japanese sake place”. However, in addition to sake, we always carry over 30 types of ``shochu'', over 20 types of ``umeshu'' made by sake breweries, over 10 types of ``whiskey'', etc... We have a full lineup of products that are particular about Japanese sake! Of course, we also have beers from all over Japan selected by the owner, who is also a beer taster. We are especially proud of our craft beer from Nagano Prefecture [Yona Yona Ale], which is served in a rare raw barrel! Even those who are not good at sake will be very satisfied ◎

The fresh vegetables are from Miyagi Prefecture. We carefully select and use seasonal ingredients, so you can enjoy the delicious dishes of the season. There is no grand menu, all dishes are signature menus! Let's start with the [6 flavors of appetizers] that change every day. The combinations of food and alcohol are endless.

When you visit our store, we recommend ordering our specialty, [Kamameshi (rice cooked in a pot)]. This is a carefully crafted dish that uses plenty of seasonal ingredients and is carefully prepared from soaking the rice. The realistic feeling of steam gradually coming out of the pot and boiling over will whet your appetite even more! The ingredients change depending on the season, but we always have about 10 types available. It takes about an hour after ordering, so some of our regular customers order the [Kamameshi (rice cooked in a pot)] before their drinks.
