Food Seared liver [400 yen]
Domestic pork liver (fresh enough to be eaten raw) is half-roasted, topped with ginger and green onions, and drizzled with soy sauce and shichimi. This is a very popular dish that liver lovers will love. On days when we can't find a lever that matches the owner's glasses, we won't serve them, so don't worry.
