The selection of rare sake is one of Azuma's pride! All I want to try at least once.

Seafood is freshly caught on the same day, mainly in Ishinomaki. The Azuma family's famous thick-sliced meat menu includes first-class domestically produced beef such as Hidakami beef and Kuroge Wagyu beef. The rice is grown in Miyagi Prefecture using Kurikoma's clear water and with reduced pesticides.
The fresh ingredients obtained through our own route are delicious. Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) that has gained popularity through word of mouth from people visiting on business trips etc.
