Is “Butasute” a pretentious business name? A long time ago, a man named Sutekichi, who used to raise pigs, opened a meat shop. Call someone and say, ``butasute...butasute.'' Before I knew it, it became a store name. However, a strange legend was also born. The beef at this restaurant was so good that a customer threw it away, saying, ``Throw away the pork!'' This is said to be the beginning of Butasuke.
