We are particular about using only ingredients produced in Mie Prefecture, and we offer dishes that allow our customers both inside and outside of Mie Prefecture to enjoy and feel closer to Mie Prefecture. This is a restaurant where you can easily enjoy Mie Prefecture's three major brands: Matsusaka beef, abalone, and lobster.
Food Sea urchin and abalone kaihodon
Kaiho-don is a dish made by tossing various Seafood with Negitoro (southern tuna) and is a delicious dish that can be enjoyed first as Seafood Bowl, and then as Ochazuke（boiled rice with tea）with the dashi soup of your choice.
