Since our founding, we have been offering Tobutasute heifer Kuroge Wagyu beef from which the sinew has been carefully removed. In order to provide you with safe and high-quality meat, we only purchase cows that have been carefully fattened by contracted farmers.
``Butasute'' is a Wagyu beef specialty restaurant founded in 1909. At the annex "Wakayanagi", enjoy Amiyaki and Sukiyaki in a private room.
The main branch of Butasute, a particularly popular restaurant in Okage Yokocho, is "Butasute Bekkan Amiyaki, Sukiyaki Wakayanagi." Founded in 1909, this is one of the oldest meat shops in Ise. Enjoy
