伊勢志摩の郷土料理が味わえる
おはらい町通りの中ほどにある、ひときわ大きな古いたたずまいの店が「すし久」です。 窓の外には清流五十鈴川が広がっており、春には桜、秋には紅葉が見られ季節の移ろいを感じていただけます。 旅籠の風情を残した純日本風のたたずまいの中で召し上がっていただく料理は、伊勢志摩の田舎料理です。 その中でも最も人気が高い料理は「てこね寿し」です。 「てこね寿し」とは、昔鰹漁に出たこの地方の漁師さんたちが、釣った鰹
...の身を、船上で醤油漬けにし、 あらかじめ用意していた酢飯と混ぜあわせました。この時、手で豪快に混ぜて食べたことからこの名が付きました。 すし久では秘伝の醤油に漬けた肉厚の鰹の切り身を、こだわりの地元のブランド米「御絲産コシヒカリ」の酢飯の上に乗せた「てこね寿し」をご用意させていただいております。
