Yakisoba (stir-fried noodles) with lots of ingredients uses chewy noodles. After trying out a variety of noodles, we chose the one that was most popular with our customers. The fluffy Okonomiyaki is popular with mix and green onions. Our original ~RYU~yaki, which is made by wrapping pork, cheese, etc. in thin dough, can be enjoyed refreshingly with perilla leaves. There are also dishes that go well with alcohol, such as garlic cloves, grilled squid, and gizzards.To finish, we recommend salted clam Ramen with homemade soup + green seaweed.
