当店では地域貢献の為、地元食材を積極的に使用しています。どうしても野菜は季節ものの為、通年で使用している食材は限られますが塩などの食材も京都産のモノを取り扱わせていただいています。
また得意の日本酒は京都府で流通の少ない地元限定の銘柄や、滅多に見ることのない日本酒を取り扱わせていただくことがあります。
また、地元イベントなどにも出店し、地域の皆様へ焼き鳥を提供させていただいております。
