Our specialty is the "fresh fish" that we purchase from the Kyoto Central Wholesale Market! The ``sashimi'' changes depending on the purchasing situation, allowing you to enjoy the seasonal flavors unique to that season. For sashimi, we also offer a Kyoto-style ``dashi soy sauce'' that brings out the flavor of the fish even more. Please enjoy it together.
