Our soba noodles are made with buckwheat flour from Kameoka, and only 6% of the flour is added to improve the texture. We offer a wide range of menus, including Seiro Soba, Inaka Soba (limited to 10 servings), Spicy Daikon Soba, and Kamo Nanban Soba. The homemade soup has a strong bonito flavor and goes perfectly with the soba noodles. It's neither too strong nor too thin, and many customers drink it all the way to the soup. We offer both lunch and dinner, so please feel free to stop by.

During dinner time from 5:30 pm, we serve fresh, seasonal fish grilled in Saikyo style. Enjoy seasonal flavors such as yellowtail and sawara. In addition to fish, we also offer grilled duck meat, which is even more flavorful when served with sansho soy sauce. In addition, we offer a variety of other menu items, including soba noodles and today's specials. In the future, we are planning to introduce other menu items such as grilled Kyoto vegetables, so don't miss out on those as well.
