In a space that has been largely preserved as it is in a small 1950s house, the restaurant serves a monthly changing course menu using seasonal, naturally grown vegetables from relatives in Kameoka, a
...s well as deer and wild boar from Miyama. The restaurant offers French cuisine that brings out the natural flavors of the ingredients and pursues originality. Depending on the season, the chef himself catches and procures wild river shrimp from Kameoka and wild sweetfish from Miyama, and serves them with his own unique flair. We also offer a selection of natural wines. *Reservations must be made at least one day in advance.
