A new concept for Kyoto's long-established restaurant ``Wakuden'', this is a restaurant where you can casually order selection course or have a la carte meals. Our chefs, who have inherited Wakuden's tradition, work hard every day with great pride in their hearts, always thinking about their customers.
Food Soba: Hand-made with the love of producers from all over Japan.
We purchase carefully grown soba noodles from all over Japan (from Hokkaido in the north to Akita, Iwate, Nagano, Toyama, Niigata, Fukui, Kyoto, Shiga, Nagasaki, Miyazaki, and Kagoshima in the south). We hand-make soba noodles that are carefully grown by our producers and filled with the mountain air. I hope to be a bridge between producers and customers.
Food Mackerel Sushi: Wakuden's specialty, different for each store
Wakuden's specialty mackerel Sushi is also available at our restaurant. Each restaurant has a different taste, so be sure to try Gono's mackerel Sushi.
SpaceInside the store: A quaint and calm space
Located in a peaceful location in front of Daitokuji Temple, you can enjoy a relaxing meal in a small space with 16 seats. There is also a counter, so please feel free to use it even if you are alone.
