We use conger conger delivered directly from Nishiki Market, famous as the kitchen of Kyoto.

Udon noodles made with Kyoto duck from Kyoto and Kujo green onions from Kyoto vegetables. The Kyoto duck and dashi soup go very well together, making it a dish you'll want to eat over and over again.

Our restaurant, located in Nakanoshima Park in Arashiyama, Kyoto, uses homemade noodles, exquisitely blends Hokkaido Rishiri kelp grown in the harsh winter, and carefully selected shaved bonito flakes
