"Nanatani Jidori" is raised completely free-range at a directly managed farm on the banks of the Kameoka Nanatani River. At Taketori, we have a chicken processing plant next to the store, so there are no distance issues when it comes to purchasing time, and we manage all the work in-house, processing the chicken the morning of the day we deliver it to our customers. The travel distance after processing is a whopping 5m, ensuring the highest quality and freshness. You can also enjoy many rare parts such as the freshly prepared and seared roe, which is unique to ``asahiki'', and the richly flavored milt. Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) and meatballs grilled over bamboo charcoal are also delicious.
