``Vegetable Terrine'' uses more than 10 types of vegetables in one dish. The heat is adjusted to suit each vegetable, resulting in a beautiful dish that looks like a painting on the canvas of the plate. Paired with seasonal sauces, we created a dish that you can enjoy to the last lingering taste. Sweet and nutritious vegetables are also used in desserts. The interior of the restaurant, which was renovated from an old folk house built over 100 years ago, is a comfortable space with a Japanese atmosphere.
