We offer wild game, Horse Meat Dishes, live river fish dishes, and handmade buckwheat noodles made from 100% pure domestic buckwheat flour. We cook wild game, mainly bear, wild boar, and deer, and live river fish, such as trout swimming in the aquarium in the restaurant (sweetfish, available only seasonally from May to November). Of course, we are also particular about our handmade buckwheat noodles.
