ChefEXECUTIVECHEF Akita
Mr. Hideki Akita of EXECUTIVECHEF learned the spirit of Bernard Loiseau at the Kitano Hotel in Kobe, continued his training at Le Meurice in Paris and Le Petit Nice Passedat in Marseille, and in 2020, he will be working at the MUNIALAINDUCASSE in Arashiyama, Kyoto. He joined the Ducasse Paris team and was inspired by Alain Ducasse's cuisine and spirit, and was appointed as BENOIT Kyoto's chef in July 2023.
