Our restaurant offers seasonal dishes that go well with alcohol. All the ingredients are carefully selected by the owner who visits the central market himself. You can enjoy seasonal ingredients such as the famous Densuke conger eel, conger conger in the summer, blowfish and crab in the winter. The carefully selected soup stock uses true kelp from Hokkaido and bonito flakes from Makurazaki. It has a rich flavor that doesn't overpower the taste of the ingredients. We also offer Creative Cuisine that incorporate Western influences while making use of our experience-based Japanese Cuisine techniques.

With the theme of "Marriage of Japanese Sake and Food," our restaurant offers a variety of drink menus. Please enjoy the seasonal sake carefully selected by the owner, who is also a sake connoisseur, with a focus on alcoholic beverages from the Tohoku region with a distinctive clear flavor. We also offer Makikore wine, which is rare in Kyoto, and dry wine that has the flavor of grapes but has a delicate taste that goes well with Japanese-style meal.
