Our proud ``Kyoto Gion Hot Water Soup'' takes 9 hours to make with great care. The flavor of the chicken and vegetables is concentrated, yet the taste is so light that you'll want to drink it up to the last drop.The noodles are made with thin, low-temperature-aged noodles. It's left in the refrigerator for a day or two, so you can feel the chewy and smooth texture! We have a variety of soy sauce, salt, miso, and more, so please enjoy the deliciousness of each!

Our ``Melty Charshu Men'', made with the particularly fatty part of pork belly, is a dish you can only enjoy at our restaurant!
