French cuisine Restaurants Le Chaine is the former Cafeterias of the Western-style building "Chorakukan" from the Meiji period. The chandeliers made by the French company Baccarat and the stucco decorations on the ceiling and walls that remain from the past evoke a timeless romance.
ServiceSpecial tableware and cutlery
The tableware is specially made by Okura Touen, a purveyor to the Imperial Household Agency and various imperial families. In the center of the plate is an oak leaf, the family crest of the businessman Murai Kichibei, who built Chorakukan, creating an elegant atmosphere. The cutlery is made by Christofle, the highest quality brand of silverware.
