Our dishes are carefully selected from the ingredients, and we offer fresh Kyoto vegetables delivered daily from farmers in Uji City. We carefully select seasonal seafood from Matsue City, Shimane Prefecture. In addition, for the ``Appetizer Gozen,'' we have prepared obanzai and 7 specialty dishes centered on Kyoto vegetables. Depending on the season, we may purchase conger eel, so please enjoy the seasonal flavors of Kyoto.

We recommend the "Grilled skewer Sanuki Udon Beef Loin Roll." Beef Grilled skewer in Sanuki udon noodles with a slightly sweet soy sauce flavor.
