The first floor of Gion Karyo has counter seats. All meals are prepared in the kitchen behind the counter. We hope you enjoy watching the process of making the food, from the appetizer to the side dishes, the delicious aroma that fills the area, and the conversation with the chefs.

To conclude the course, we have Okudosan rice cooked in a pot in the kitchen. During the day, you can choose from the month's recommendations, and at night, you can choose from five types. The rice cooked in the pot has a glossy and chewy texture, and you can enjoy the flavor of the rice and the now nostalgic ``koge''. If you have any left over, you can take it home as a rice ball, so please enjoy it deliciously until the end.
