Food Ozaki beef is said to be ``so delicious that you'll regret ever knowing it.''
Wagyu beef usually grows for around 28 months, but Ozaki beef takes a whopping 32 to 40 months to grow. By feeding high-quality feed for a long period of time, the umami content is much higher than that of other Wagyu beef. The secret behind the rare Ozaki beef is that it melts as soon as you eat it, with a monthly production of 70 cows and only 20 of them domestically.The "melting point" of the meat is 28 degrees Celsius, compared to 40 degrees Celsius for other Japanese beef. The reason is that it is low. Please enjoy this supremely luxurious item.
