Our style is to pay particular attention to the presentation, with the idea that we want people to smile through our meals. First of all, the menu is written in calligraphy on origami paper, giving you the excitement of not knowing the contents until you open it. There are about 80 types of chopstick rests to choose from, with a fortune slip on the back. The two-tiered course is sure to let you feel the anticipation and excitement of the dish by opening the paper on your own. All of our dishes are handmade, and unique to our restaurant, we use homemade seasonings such as ponzu sauce, salt koji, soy sauce koji, and sauce. By using only rice flour, sesame oil, and olive oil for oil, and replacing flour, milk, and white sugar with rice flour, soy milk, millet sugar, and brown sugar, we have created a dish that is gentle on the body. All creative Chinese food made with carefully prepared soup stock and craftsmanship is exquisite! The menu changes once a month, so it's fun to discover new dishes every month.

The elegantly colored interior is complemented by antique furniture that has been carefully designed for comfort and appearance.
