Food You can enjoy Hitoshio's famous "Tsukuri Mori" aged sashimi and fresh fish caught in the morning.
I can't start without eating this! The famous ``Tsukuri-mori'' is not a typical tsukuri-mori! A luxurious platter of seasonal [fresh fish] sent directly from Maizuru Port, Iki, Kochi, etc. and melt-in-the-mouth [aged sashimi]. You can enjoy both fresh fish delivered directly in the morning and aged sashimi, and you can even compare them in a unique ``Tsukuri Assortment''! The platter is selection an assortment of five kinds, but sometimes it's more than that depending on the owner's whim...♪
Food The flavor of the soup stock is different...the obanzai and special dishes are also delicious.
The ``dashi'' we sell is made by soaking kelp in water for a day, then slowly boiling it for 4 hours to bring out the flavor of the kelp to its fullest, and then combining it with bonito. Our highly recommended dish, ``Fried Radish'', is made with a blended soup stock that is rich in flavor and aroma! A dish of fried daikon radish cooked in a combination of soup stock. The outside is crispy and the inside has a mild flavor. The flavor of the dashi soup is well absorbed, so it goes well with sake.Kyoto cuisine that makes use of ingredients such as raw wheat gluten and raw yuba is also popular.

There are about 30 types of sake lined up in the store! In addition to local Kyoto sake, we also offer rare and unfamiliar alcoholic beverages. The sake purchased from all over the country is carefully selected by the owner! In order for people to truly enjoy various types of sake, we have a wide selection of good quality sake, regardless of the owner's likes or dislikes. There are also about 5 types of alcoholic beverages that are not on the menu. Lucky to meet you! There are also "Jima" and "Juyondai" that you don't see very often in Kyoto.
