Mr. Chen Zhang, the top Dim sum master and executive chef of Taiwan's famous restaurant [King Ding Lou], developed ``Baked Winged Gyoza / Dumpling Xiaolongbao in mind. This is a dish that pursues the newness of Xiaolongbao while valuing ancient tradition.It is a specialty dish of our restaurant with a crispy texture and an irresistible gravy and soup that spreads in your mouth.
