We purchase vegetables from "Shizen Koubou Aoki" and "Umemoto Farm" in Kyotango, which are grown in healthy soil that has been nurtured over a period of 5 to 10 years. Teppan DE Vegetables" offers a wide variety of vegetables, from regular to seasonal, at Teppan-yaki with the best flavors of the ingredients.
