Kumamoto's [Oaso Jidori] has a good texture and a nostalgic flavor of local chicken that spreads in your mouth. Kyoto's [Joyo Sakura Parent Chicken] has a rich flavor. Each is seasoned with Tango Kotobiki salt or homemade sauce, and then slowly grilled over charcoal, so you can enjoy the flavor of the local chicken along with the aroma. We are particular about the vegetables we use, and offer fresh vegetables sourced from all over the country, including Asuka Farm in Kyoto City, in our daily obanzai dishes.
