Food The Kyoto! Okonomiyaki wrapped in Kyoto yuba with "treasure sauce"!
Okonomiyaki We recommend "Kyo-yuba's Okonomiyaki", which is an arrangement of Kyo-yuba from 《Kyo-Yuba Yubasho》, a long-established restaurant in Kyoto. A gluten-free seed made from rice flour is wrapped in yuba. The new texture is an interesting mix of the softness unique to Kyoto yuba and the crispy part cooked on an iron plate! Please enjoy Okonomiyaki, which is unique to Kyoto! The sauce is made with high-quality soy milk and "veggie broth," a broth that makes the most of the nutritional benefits of whole vegetables, including their stems, cores, and skins, for a gentle flavor!

Ikkakuju's Okonomiyaki uses rice flour instead of wheat flour. ``I want children and people with wheat allergies to be able to eat this product with peace of mind.But it's meaningless if it doesn't taste good!''We completed it through trial and error. We also use tsukune imo (tsukune yam) to create a crunchy texture on the outside and fluffy on the inside. Once you try it, you might end up saying, ``Rice flour is the best option for Okonomiyaki from now on!'' Enjoy our gluten-free Okonomiyaki that is made with your body in mind!

The restaurant has a total of 26 seats including counters, tables, and tatami rooms. We are proud of our comfortable and relaxing Japanese atmosphere. Please feel free to drop by with your family, close friends, or couples. The tatami room at the back of the store can be used for both regular meals and drinking parties. If you have 8 or more people, you can reserved the entire tatami room! Can accommodate up to 12 people. You can spend a relaxing time here. We are also taking infection control measures such as photocatalyst disinfection and installing acrylic plates to prevent droplet infection.
