[Kyoto Red Chicken] This is Kyoto's local chicken, which is preferred by Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) restaurants in Kyoto! Chickens raised in a natural environment without forced growth will have fine-grained meat! [Kyoto Meat] Kuroge Wagyu beef breed, only those raised in Kyoto Prefecture that have been carefully selected for their quality are certified brand Wagyu beef. The rice is Omi rice Koshihikari grown in the clean water of Takashima City! Safe and secure rice with reduced pesticides! It also comes with a bit of pickles that can only be produced by a pickle shop. Enjoy the scent of Japanese-style soup stock and spicy soup with local ingredients toppings.

This shop is produced by Chikakiyo, a long-established pickle shop that sells pickles that the Shinsengumi actually ate! We serve one pickle next to the main Soup Curry!
