At our store, we purchase the best miso from all over the country according to the season. The ``Today's Miso Tasting Comparison'' served as an appetizer can be enjoyed with seasonal vegetables, konnyaku shrimp, etc. Sometimes as a main dish, sometimes as a secret ingredient, no matter when you visit, our head chef will put his heart and soul into using his skills so that you can discover the deliciousness of new miso.

At our restaurant, we offer dishes prepared with a lot of time and effort. He approaches his dishes without compromise, such as pork cartilage, which takes about 8 hours to make the soup stock and a whole day to simmer until melty. We are particular about seasonings, and use both soy sauce koji and soy sauce for sashimi. We also have a wide variety of sake that goes perfectly with the dishes. We also have items with impressive stylish jackets and hidden brands that are not on the menu. If you're lucky, you might even find rare brands such as Juyondai in stock.

There are two tatami rooms on the second floor. This private room is ideal for banquets for 4 to 10 people. All private rooms allow you to stretch out and relax.
