Food "Kagura Tori" made in pursuit of deliciousness
Kagura Tori, a free-range chicken that has been raised for 4 to 5 months longer than usual using a uniquely formulated feed, has a firm chew and flavor. It is difficult to raise compared to other branded chickens, and was designated as a natural monument by the Ministry of Education in 1944 to preserve the species, and is also known as the ``phantom free range chicken.'' ``The meat is elastic, has a little bit of fat, and the more you chew, the more flavor you get.'' Its chewy texture is proof that it was grown in Miyazaki in nature. Young chickens (raised for 60 days) cannot produce this taste. Try it!

A spacious reserved floor in a modern renovated Taisho townhouse that can accommodate up to 40 people, a completely private Japanese-style room separated by a lattice door where you can take off your shoes and relax, and a quaint space with a view of the Japanese garden. We have four private rooms that can accommodate 6 to 8 people, including rooms that are perfect for secret dinners and dates that are only available to guests who have made a reservation in advance. We are particular about creating a space where a variety of customers can use it, and where adults can eat in peace!

If we want you to eat delicious food, we are particular about the ingredients. The tofu is made from organically grown soybeans from Miyagi Prefecture and soy milk sourced from underground water at the foot of Mt. Iwate.The tofu is handmade every morning at the store, and the hot tofu, warabi mochi desserts, and seasonal chicken Kamameshi (rice cooked in a pot) are made to order. . We apologize for the inconvenience, but please forgive us for the sake of the delicious food for our customers. Of course, we carefully prepare the stock for hotpots, soups, and cold soups at our shop. Please enjoy it.

We offer local sake mainly from the Kansai region of Kyoto and Hyogo that goes well with our signature charcoal-Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers). In addition to dry and sweet sake, we also offer sparkling sake, so if you have a preference, please feel free to contact us! We also recommend highballs made with shochu and fresh juice from Miyazaki, where local chicken is produced. Other, we also have shochu and online bottle keep!
