We received many requests to eat the famous meat kaidan by themselves, so we created a medium size version! We also offer individual portions of horse sashimi, as well as assorted platters. We also have a counter, so you are welcome to drink alone!

We use horse meat from Senkou Farm, Kumamoto's No. 1 horse meat wholesaler, and Kumamoto Meat! Safe, secure, high quality, high protein! Thanks to all of you, Gourmand has many customers visiting us for lunch and dinner, and we are proud to have one of the highest levels of horse sashimi consumption in the prefecture! That's why we take our time to thaw horse sashimi! Restaurants that don't often serve horse sashimi defrost it at room temperature or quickly thaw it, so the flavor escapes, and since it's semi-frozen, they can only cut it thinly and serve it!
